This page explains the data used by PROMO PULSE to run the bot, dashboard, moderation and server ads.

Service operator

PROMO PULSE is a Discord bot with an associated management website. Data is used only to provide ad, bump, dashboard, moderation, anti-scam, support and bot administration features.

Conexão Discord

When logging in, the site uses Discord OAuth to identify the member, display their profile, read the list of manageable servers and verify required permissions. Information used may include the Discord ID, public name, avatar, shared servers and management permissions.

Server data

For each configured guild, PROMO PULSE may store the server ID, name, icon, channels, roles, quotas, categories, moderation settings, anti-scam settings and premium options required for the bot to work.

Ads and interactions

Accepted or moderated ads may contain a title, description, link, category, author, associated server, dates, votes, reports, bump counters and Discord message references. This data enables public display, moderation and dashboard tracking.

Anti-scam security

Manual or automatic scans may store analyzed domains, results, security decisions, reports and performed actions. This information protects servers and keeps a clear intervention history.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep Discord login active and limit unauthorized access. A language cookie may also be used to remember the selected language. Sessions expire automatically after inactivity.

Data usage

Data is used to display the site, sync the dashboard with the bot, apply Discord configurations, moderate ads, produce statistics, manage support and secure admin access. It is not resold.

Sharing with third-party services

PROMO PULSE only exchanges required information with Discord and its official APIs to connect members, retrieve servers, apply requested actions and display useful Discord elements.

Retention

Configurations are kept while the bot is used on the server or until deletion. Reports and histories may be limited, cleaned or replaced to keep only information useful for tracking and security.

Rights and requests

A server administrator can edit or delete settings from the dashboard when Discord permissions allow it. For an access, correction or deletion request related to the site, the Support page can be used to contact the PROMO PULSE team.
