This page describes the data processed by PROMO PULSE to run the Discord bot, website, dashboard and all of its modules: ads, bumps, moderation, security, engagement, tickets, premium and community tools.

PROMO PULSE is a Discord bot with an associated management website. Data is used only to provide and secure service features: ads, bumps, dashboard, moderation, anti-scam, anti-raid, captcha, XP, invites, mini-games, tickets, questionnaires, live alerts, embeds, free games, voice radio, Pulse Rewards, support and administration.
When logging into the website, PROMO PULSE uses Discord OAuth to identify the member, display their profile, read the list of manageable servers and verify required permissions. Information used may include the Discord ID, public name, avatar, shared servers and management permissions.
For each configured guild, PROMO PULSE may store the server ID, name, icon, channels, roles, quotas, categories, moderation settings, security settings, premium options and enabled module settings required for the bot to work.
Accepted or moderated ads may contain a title, description, link, category, author, associated server, dates, votes, reports, bump counters, clicks and Discord message references. This data enables public display, moderation and dashboard tracking.
Pulse XP, Pulse Invites, Role Tag, Pulse Emoji Lock and Pulse Mini Games may store Discord IDs, levels, points, rankings, activity statistics, invites, server tags, reserved emojis and mini-game scores to display progression, rewards and community dashboards.
Pulse Tickets, Pulse Quest and the DM assistant may process ticket subjects, private messages, form responses, applications, transcripts, rated reviews, suggestions and exchange history required for support and internal server management.
Anti-scam, anti-raid, AutoMod, Pulse Captcha and /clear modules may analyze links, domains, messages, member joins, raid thresholds and moderation actions. Results, decisions, reports, logs and histories are kept to protect servers and maintain a clear record of interventions.
Premium options and related modules may store customization settings, scheduled scans, radio stations, free-game filters, creators monitored for Pulse Live Alerts, embed templates, drafts, schedules and the history of automatic posts configured per server.
When a server enables Pulse Custom Bot, PROMO PULSE stores the token of the provided bot, encrypted before it is saved and never shown again, along with the bot’s ID, name, avatar, banner and status, its settings, a log of actions (activation, tests, profile changes) and the IDs of the messages it posts, so they can be edited or deleted. The token is only used to post that server’s messages and to check that the bot stays private and reserved for that server; it is never shared or shown in logs or to support. Resetting it from the dashboard immediately deletes the encrypted token.
Pulse Rewards giveaways may record participants’ Discord IDs, the relevant server, entry date, draw status and information required to deliver a reward when a giveaway is organized from the dashboard or administration area.
The referral program stores each member’s referral code, language and points history. When a server adds PROMO PULSE through a referral link, PROMO PULSE keeps that server’s ID, name and icon, its owner’s ID, the Discord ID of the account that added the bot, the date it was added and a non-reversible fingerprint (hash) of the IP address used: the address itself is never stored in plain text, and this fingerprint is only used to limit abuse. During the validation period, the bot records which members of the server use its commands, buttons and menus, and on which days, without keeping message content. For each server, the date the bot first arrived is kept so that a server which already had PROMO PULSE can be recognised. Points movements, exchanges for Premium days and refused attempts are kept for account tracking and fraud prevention; activity details are deleted 30 days after the decision. The referrer’s public name and avatar are shown on their link’s page; the referrer sees the names of referred servers and their progress, never the identity of the members who use the bot. The result of each referral may be sent to them as a notification on the site and as a Discord direct message.
The site uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep Discord login active and limit unauthorized access. A language cookie may also be used to remember the selected language. Sessions expire automatically after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Data is used to display the site, sync the dashboard with the bot, apply Discord configurations, moderate content, produce statistics, manage support, secure admin access and run enabled modules. It is not resold to third parties.
PROMO PULSE only exchanges required information with Discord and its official APIs, with technical infrastructure services, and with public sources useful to the service such as streaming platforms for Pulse Live Alerts or free-game offer catalogs. No commercial sharing of personal data is performed.
While PROMO PULSE is present on a server, the configurations and data required for the enabled modules to work are kept until they are voluntarily changed from the dashboard or at an administrator’s request. Reports, histories and logs may be limited or cleaned up to keep only the information useful for tracking, security and proper operation of the service.
When PROMO PULSE leaves a server — whether by decision of the server team or because the application is removed — data processing follows three steps. Immediately: active content and operational data are deleted (ads, bumps, items still in use on Discord); all automatic bot actions for that server are stopped (moderation, scheduled posts, voice radio, tickets, security scans, alerts, embeds and other scheduled tasks); temporary files and caches related to that server are released. For 7 days: an archive of the server settings is kept to allow a quick reinstallation; no automatic action or active processing is maintained for that server; if PROMO PULSE rejoins the server during this period, the saved settings are restored automatically. After 7 days: the archive and any remaining residual data are permanently deleted; this cleanup runs regularly, in particular every 6 hours and during daily maintenance operations.
A server administrator can edit or delete many settings from the dashboard when Discord permissions allow it. For an access, correction or deletion request related to the website or bot, the Support page can be used to contact the PROMO PULSE team.
