Requirements
These terms define the rules for using the PROMO PULSE bot, website, dashboard and all of its modules: ads, bumps, moderation, security, engagement, tickets, premium and community tools.

PROMO PULSE lets you manage Discord ads, bumps, votes, reports, channels, roles, logs, embeds, questionnaires, tickets, mini-games, XP, invites, live alerts, free games, anti-scam scans, anti-raid protections, captchas, premium settings and moderation actions from Discord or the web dashboard.
Dashboard access requires Discord login. Guild management is reserved for members with the required Discord permissions, including administrator rights or roles configured for that server.
Each server remains responsible for published content, settings, roles, channels, automatic messages, offered rewards and actions performed by its administrators. Configurations must respect Discord rules and each community’s own rules.
Ads must be clear, honest and compliant with Discord rules. Illegal, misleading, dangerous, hateful, unauthorized pornographic, fraudulent, malicious, impersonating or spam-oriented content may be rejected, deleted or restricted.
Votes, reports and bumps are used to track engagement and feature ads. Any abusive manipulation, unauthorized automation, artificial inflation of statistics or bypass attempt may result in restricting the relevant server or ad.
PROMO PULSE may allow authorized teams to accept, reject, delete, purge or restrict ads and servers. Moderation decisions may be kept in logs to maintain a readable action history.
Anti-scam, anti-raid, AutoMod, Pulse Captcha and purge tools must be used proportionately and in line with server rules. Misconfiguration, misuse or use to harass members may result in limiting the service on the relevant guild.
Pulse XP, Pulse Invites, Pulse Mini Games, Pulse Tickets, Pulse Quest and the DM assistant must respect server members. Rewards, forms, reviews, transcripts and rankings must not be used to collect unnecessary data, harass members or bypass Discord rules.
Premium options may add features such as a custom footer, automatic anti-scam scan, voice radio, free-game announcements, Pulse Live Alerts, advanced embed customization or other advanced per-guild settings. The subscription is managed by Discord when purchased through the application’s Discord store.
The Premium subscription is sold and billed by Discord through the app store: payment, billing, renewal and cancellation follow Discord’s terms. The subscription is delivered immediately: premium features are enabled on the server as soon as the purchase is confirmed. By confirming the purchase, the buyer requests this immediate performance, expressly agrees that it begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the subscription has been delivered, under the conditions set out in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Consequently, once the subscription has been delivered, no refund is issued or accepted by PROMO PULSE, including for a period already started, a cancellation during the period, not using the features or removing the bot from the server. The subscription can be cancelled at any time from Discord; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no further charge. This clause does not deprive the buyer of the rights guaranteed by law, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) if a premium feature is not supplied or does not conform: such requests can be sent to PROMO PULSE support, and any refund is handled by Discord as the seller.
Pulse Custom Bot is a subscription separate from Premium, taken per server and sold by Discord through the app’s store: it does not include Premium, and Premium does not include it. It lets PROMO PULSE post its messages under the identity of a Discord bot provided by the server. This bot must stay private (“Public Bot” turned off) and reserved for this server only: a bot already on other servers is refused, and if it is added elsewhere, PROMO PULSE automatically removes it from every unauthorized server. PROMO PULSE must stay installed on the server. The server is responsible for the bot it provides and for its name, avatar and banner, which must respect Discord rules and third-party rights, and must keep its token confidential. Any circumvention, such as sharing the same bot between several servers, may lead to the feature being suspended. Payment, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the previous article.
Pulse Rewards giveaways are organized under the responsibility of authorized teams. Displayed rules, participation conditions, draws and reward delivery must be clear, fair and compliant with Discord rules and applicable laws.
Automatic posts, live alerts, free-game offers, voice radios, scheduled embeds and messages generated by PROMO PULSE must respect third-party rights, the terms of the relevant platforms and server rules. The server remains responsible for the channels and content it chooses to publish.
Any abuse of the bot, dashboard, Discord OAuth, scans, forms, tickets, giveaways or administration features may result in access limitation, content deletion or restriction of the relevant server.
A server can remove PROMO PULSE at any time from Discord. As soon as the bot leaves, active operational content related to the server stops being published or processed. The server settings are kept in an archive for 7 days, with no automatic feature remaining active. If the bot is invited again during this period, the previous configuration may be restored automatically. After this period, any data still kept is permanently deleted. The server remains responsible for the content it published before the bot was removed and for the compliance of the settings it had configured.
The service may be improved, fixed, moved, temporarily suspended or updated for security, maintenance, performance or feature evolution reasons. Some features may change, move or be removed over time.
